Baaaooow!

I support this!

Like, Baaaoooow!

Word is *motherfuckin* bond.

Ya'll know you stole all of my best tracks from my site and threw some Zelda midi 8-bit patterns on them and call them yours! You bastardz.

Seriously, get the message out there. Episode 2 must incorporate more Baoooow, more topics, more AP craziness, and more smashin' on these cats who think making sampled music is easy. Ya'll got your own style which I have TRIED to learn and replicate...it is f'in impossible. Sure, I can throw some breaks on a video game or classic vinyl loop but the warmth, the flips ya'll do, etc. all too perfect and truly all your own style. I do microsamples, ya'll do microsamples, macrosamples, loops, breaks, complex flips, 3/4 timing turned to 4/4, ambient sample flips, shit the list goes on and on. Keep doin' it, ya'll got me interested in even sampling in the first place. "Run to the Light"...one of the first tracks I fav'ed here for a reason. I support Yun and W-S.

Peace

Wink wink, say no more, say no more...

Good looks from all of you, lyricism doin' them in. Good quality, and all of your pieces had the individual vocal styles yet were mastered into the same quality, excellent quality control. Verses were tight all around, good job. And Merc, I hear what you're sayin'...*wink wink*. I doubt they caught what you said, though...so keep K nockin' 'em O ut. I'll hit ya'll up this week, been busy but I got some stuff in the pipeline.

Aw shucks, I think someone caught on to you. Voted you negative ;.;

KEEP THE WORDS A SEECRIT! K.aN.'t Let thE Jokers K.nO.w

Okay... I'm just being idiotically obvious atm. =D

Nice, love the intro

The intro is classic, the drums are on point. Lovin' the breakdown section too. Seriously good sampling piece. Give it a bit of changeup and expand on this sound with some layered piano and strings maybe, dunno really, it's simple like I like to leave my own sample jams.

Peace

MC-Q responds:

thanks man
Kingdom hearst has alot of epic stuff so ill have more tracks like this

Classic Breaky goodness

That piano hit and sax made this one shine from the WIP vesion which was already good. Love the vocal part as well, very well laid out. DL'ed and going into rotation on the Bose in the car as I cruise the strip and bring The Banks true hip-hop goodness. Ya'll keep doin' what you do...

Peace

Hahahahah!

Pleasure workin' with ya'll, Ses and ~187~, excellent beat you got us on this one.

As for the internet beef, you right Cajete. But I ain't seen a single review on his hundreds of diss tracks to all of us where you called him out...and you top 8 on his myspace. I can only assume where your allegiances lie, yadig? GTFO if you don't like the beef, I'm tired of the private messages from BN or Lejin or his alts leavin' death threats, then blockin' me so I can't even reply in kind. It was inevitable after months of lettin' the kid do his thing and not mentionin' him, especially with his street album being all about NG, hahah, what a joke!

Ya'll keep it pimpin'.

Peace to most, R.I.P. to the rest.

So this is it...

This is what ya'll was workin' on while I was busy stopping and starting three aborted beats yesterday in Vent? The both of you suck with the most highly proportionate amount of suck which two people can collectively suck within. Good flip, good break for the drum pattern, overall good master. But then again, when are any of these things lacking in a Dream Team track? Get it over with already, drop a loop diggin' album and put this in everybody's ears.

Peace

war-spawn responds:

Nah, we had this from like 2 weeks ago. =D

The mark of genius

...is flipping 3/4 timed samples to create 4/4 timed breaks, then putting them into a track like this. I'd kill to be able to slam samples like ya'll do, but it's not my style so I'll have to live with being less than thou. Great cohesion on the track, as always perfection in the mastering and sample choices as well as pitching, EQ, and overlay. Ya'll make it sound easy.

Not a bad track

Especially not after the drums die and that synth kicks in heavy with flange, but the main problems I had with it were the intro synth pulse was offbeat with the drumline, then the gate on the flange synth made it pulse slightly out of time as well, so it could have used some cleanup. Otherwise great choice of instrumentation, the drum patterns were superb and good choice on the hats. The kick could have been a bit stronger, it gets drowned out by the main theme after all the instruments drop in around 3:00 or a lil earlier. Altogether a really good try at the Trance genre and not a bad listen.

Great remix

And yet, "I'm feelin' alot of hate off that couch...", yadig? 3.45 after my 5, but this thing deserves a much higher rating. Too bad NG is full of cowards who 0 bomb a track but ain't got the balls to write a review...you poor lil haters, what a waste of breath.

Good backing piece, the piano gets a lil bit repetitive though...my only real critique. Doing an instrument changeup break/bridge before the chorus woulda kept it fresh. Altogether well worth playing through 4 or 5 times...good looks on the Biggie addition. Keep it pimpin'.

Peace

Go ahead, boy, come at me.
