Shit's hilarious. Lejin nuthin' but a white boy with a speakin' problem, a need to badly EQ Anthony Hamilton beats then flow about "bros and hos" on it...Blood? I don't think UBN or west coast Dawgs would ever accept that b*tch. His boy XKal still bigups yours and other RMP tracks which proves Lejin got no backup from his own crew. Funny sh*t. And G-Styles? With a blue rag avatar reppin' Cuz? Is Lejin's biggest fan all over his nuts? That is the funniest sh*t I ever saw in my life.

And it reminds me of some of the stuff I used to do when I was Complacent Memory @ mp3.com a long long time ago. Crazy, slick and very visual. Love the jazzy horn as antithesis to the opposing drone. This is going on the mp3 player for sure.

Professionalism

Love the chorus, the beat, the lyrical content. Especially the lyrical content. Love the scars line, it describes most of the fakers who ain't put in the work or done the dirt to claim in their tracks. Too many baby g's, not enough OGs in the game today, but everyone wants to claim they pull out.

Critique to Improve

I am not hating , by any means, as this is a good track. I just think your drums and the way you tracked this was not classical. The piano and drumset used are not, from a classical standpoint, correct for the genre. The strings needed more life, and you needed to layer it more.

First, get a good listen in on a philharmonic or small orchestra (dependent on whether you want to do small or large orchestral numbers) and track down sample packs or soundfonts for orchestral percussion. Then find a really good grand, baby grand, and rhodes piano set. The drumroll setup you're using on this track is closer kin to marching band rather than stage music.

The quality of the track, though, is right on. The mixdown is only a little light in the drum section as the strings drown it out a bit. Sorry this was so long, but I wanted to explain my review a bit in hopes you'll keep hitting up classical pieces, as I think diversity makes anyone's tracks better in the long run.

Top quality, rode the beat well, flow is hot and you kill "Big Lej" everytime. Best part, you really freestyle, unlike all of his half-a$$ attempts at freestyles. Haterz are haterz 'til the day they die, so don't put much stock in their words. They spew verbal garbage at you and post fake news, but don't even want to face you. Besides, the real A-Gang is in Hempstead, NY, Spliz n' Haze, agangofficial @ myspace. Check them out, it sounds like Lej bites some of their style even.

Sounds like the same vibe I get from the FourTet Remix of Madvillain's "Great Day", man, which is a very good vibe. I like this track, very different, not too overt with the drums which allows the sample to shine.

Always good work

Glides, pitch bends, the whole works is always quality. The flute and sitar vibe well together and make this a top-of-the-line track. You always hit the mark in the genre you work in, consistency makes a difference. Keep it up for sure.

Feelin' this one

It has that country rap tunes feeling at first, then goes hard after the initial drone drops out for a bit. I like the motion and flow on this, keep that up and stay original like this.
