That, sir...

Was a great Daylight verse. It really held to the original pacing and format as well as hitting on the topics that the original had been directed at. You're quality, lyricism and delivery have lifted up to this point beyond most NG music. No treble clips, perfect mixing, an overall good master on most if not all of your tracks now. Keep it up and put this shit out there for fans outside of NG.

I likes

Pianos. Excellente. I actually like the drum pattern and the woods/rims. The tom rolls and flams are a nice touch, especially as they grow in intensity. Very nice, if a bit too short. It sounds like the track is just developing when it cuts off...I hear it build and expect a huge string symphony suddenly to jump in at that point, like the stage is mostly dark with the small front quintet playing this piece...and suddenly the lights flash on as the strings hit a loud stab and take off. I dunno, just the feeling this gives me for continuation after the stop.

Love the imagination you get man. Reminds me alot of my own haha. Yeah may work on a extended version however i just was afraid i'd add way to much and make it well... to much? haha anyway thanks for the review man! May add a continuation though cuz what you say is something i'd like.. again just afraid i add to much

Musta happened after I left...

Ya bastardz. I hate all of you. Srsly.

All the great things happen after I leave Ventrilo Therapy. Next time maybe I can throw down on my guitar versus Nubbin and make songs about Nav, Yun, and all the other Vent groupies.

Autotune FTW!

On the J. Holiday beat, what?! Good one on that, great job, smooth recording, and top quality on this one. You and ya boy got that vibe on this shit. Keep it up and good luck on the tape.

thx bro make us a beat man

That hook and libs are CRAZY!

Good mixdown, good recording, love the flow to this one. Very high quality and mainstream worthy for sure. Get that on a radio spot, now.

Yeah

Original was made with all stock FL sounds, so that reverse cymbal is in FL 7 somewhere. And this is spot-on to that garbage bubblegum rap. And people bought this album up like it was crack for sale at cheap too, shows how much the mainstream music listening public really cares about musical ability. Good job on the remake.

Lovin' those orchestral sounds

Perfect overlays in this one, very tight and well spread. Sonically full and epic in sound, very nice. Good track here. Keep it up.

Sick beat

...sick adlibs, flow on point. This is what I've been waitin' for from you, seriously. I knew you had this in there when I heard the first track ya'll dropped way back. Mastering is near the sweet spot and doubles are great in most parts, though the second verse starts out a bit too close to center channel with the first two doubles. Keep up this writing and delivery style, mastering, everything really. Serious.

Cheers InG. That means a lot.
More shit will be coming.

As always, Epic.

I'll just go back to my Fisher-Price sampler, stealing Swollen Drumz beats and be a nobody some more. Or I could just read some great words, like the words at this website:

Those always make me feel better, really.

As for the track, great. That orchestral VSTi, I want. As for drums, I've got a huge collection of drum machine samples, as well as a good selection of acoustic sounds, and two VSTis that have sampler/rompler drum sounds from some great acoustic sets and machines. Plugsound, it's well worth it if you can find it. I sampled out the drums from my favorite jazz and FX sets in the PS drums vst...anyways, keep up the collabs. When we want great string driven epicness we all know to jam to a Z/KdM track, just like we all know Yun/W-S tracks will bring excellent sample flips and crunchiness. Epic.

Coltrane, Miles, and Duke never sounded so good

Well, they did, but not with hip-hop breaks over the top and french bebop over top. The piano and minimalist sax go superbly together. This track makes my Jazz series sound like 8-bit RPG music compared to a full orchestra. Thanks alot for makin' me look bad! Keep it up and I hope you bring us more in this vein as Jazz is one of my favorite genres outside of hip hop.

Peace

Go ahead, boy, come at me.
