Wow

Absolutely superb breakbeat mixes here. You've been holding out on us. Keep this sh*t comin' man.

Peace

Well worth it, yaknow?

Great track, great lyrics. Ya know it's done up good for sure.

Critiques: Lower the midtones a bit on the MPZ's verse, his vocal gets drowned out a bit since it's a synth break section on the original beat. And yah, the FX were a bit strong. Push the vocals back in a surround adjusting VST, they sound way too far forward and need to be nestled a bit farther into the track. None of that is a huge detraction from the quality, though because the track is better put together and better written than the vast majority of stuff here or anywhere else really. Ya'll ex-Reapz still have what it takes when ya just sit down and bang out the tracks, serious. Keep doin' what ya do, we need more music out of ya'll.

Thanks alot for the feedback my man. ;) Keep up ya good work as well yo, thanks again.

Whoooo!

"Fuck a vampire, my darkness consumes moons, in the lab like Dr. Doom, lickin' victim's stab wounds..." Now that is a Horrorcore/Necro line there, what! This is the shit track, how did this get overlooked by NG? Quality is top-of-the-line, lovin' the beat and lyrics, serious this one got the download treatment.

Very nice

Good drums, the different pieces come together nicely. Definitely not ordinary hip-hop, more like a DJ Shadow track mixed with some crazy industrial tracking. I like the overall feel.

Geez...

People don't read the genre info. before reviewing. Ambient music rarely has throbbing drums nor does it generally just jump right into drum patterns, and if it does develop drums it's after progressive instrument introduction...You did this well. you might try fading in/out the rain a little slower, like over 2 or 4 bars with a gentle volume slope. I love the piano in this one, you caught a great sonic ambience with the effect work on the piano track. I had an old upright when I was younger that had that exact sound. Keep it up and keep workin' at the art.

Ahhh, I get it now

Your form of ambient music is introspective repetition of sound. You pulled that off almost perfectly with the FX changeup on the main instrument on this track, just needs a bit cleaner FX flipping so there's no jagged edges between the FX masks that sound like hard stops. Next time instead of applying the different FX at different time intervals on the mixed down instrumentation, do a new copy of the instrument for each FX you want to chain. So, if you wanna do a stereo pan and phasing FX, then a clean FX, then a low-tone EQ and muting FX, do three copies and cross-fade them at the crossover points with about 2, 4, or 8 beats of crossover so it's almost unnoticeable. Otherwise, this was a great piece.

Ahhhhh, Ambient

You captured that essense I think. Nice simplisicty and melodic interplay on your instrumentation. I think it's fine without ever developing a hardcore beat since very few Ambient tracks are meant to hit hard anywhere along the way. Love the synth dropo-in at 2:00, but ya shoulda kept another background instrument before the piano came in, like the tinkling bells synth. This coulda been a powerful wave of synthesizers coming at the listener from all directions, with that saw in the mid channel, piano from the right, and a nice wavering bell phasing from left to right with a support synth on the left channel. As powerful a sound as the saw is it begs for some crazy phasing effect work to make this pulsate. But all-in-all a superbly put together ambient piece.

Keep it up.

I might have to do a re-up on this one for a future album. Great input.

Hot as always

Unfinished and it still pwns anything the haters put up. It really depends on what ya want the end result to be as far as what it needs. If you're looking for a crazy instrumental/ambient track, ya need some kind of high treble tone, maybe a bell or xylophone or somethin' crazy that nobody is usin'. Hit that with an arpeggio in the second verse and let loose. Otherwise, if it's bein' made for vocals, ya got it down already I think, just some fx and a few movement instros in the chorus and 4 bar sections, I think. But it's tight already, man, ya definitely got those note slides down.

Whoooo!

187'em and KBilly on the track, definitely gonna takeover. I been seein' alot of ya beats recently and jammin' the heck out of 'em, just ain't had time to comment. Great mixdown on the instruments, though I think your hype sounds, the "hey" in the background is a bit too low volume. Pump that up a bit in the chorus section especially and it's gravy. Otherwise, lovin' the southern drum patterns and the epic strings. You fill the soundscape with alot of material and don't leave holes or silences, which is great when it comes off as well as it does here.

Keep it up.

Yah yah!

That zeta+ arpeggio works well on many different platforms. It's funny to think it was originally meant for trance and house tracks and ends up being used for funk and hip-hop...Keep it up, man, this is some good sh*t.

Peace

Go ahead, boy, come at me.
